As part of a collaborative livelihood and women-empowerment initiative, FICCI FLO Amritsar, in partnership with OTT Transformative Trust, distributed Hunar Kits to women beneficiaries undergoing vocational skill training. The kits included essential tools and materials to enable immediate application of acquired skills and support the transition from training to income generation.
OTT supported structured livelihood creation through FLO Skill Centres in collaboration with VLCC Institute, ICA Edu Skills, and Wadala Foundation. Training included beauty & hair, embroidery, potli-making, digital and financial literacy.
